Last year was the worst on WA roads in four years, with 184 people losing their lives - 24 more than 2013.
So this year Fairfax Regional Media WA, the publisher of this website, is running a road safety campaign called Arrive Alive to help try and reduce the road toll.
We want to raise awareness about what can be done to help make our roads safer in 2015 and beyond. To do this we need your help to tell stories about how the road toll has affected our communities, families and individuals.
Has a road death or serious injury affected your family? Are you an emergency services worker struggling to cope with what you've seen at the scene of a fatal crash or perhaps you're a health professional dealing with the ramifications of a serious accident?
Or maybe you have a suggestion to help make the roads safer and increase the amount of people arriving alive to their destination in 2015.
We would like to hear from you and tell your story - your experience in your own words.
Anonymous submissions will be considered but for verification purposes we would need a contact phone number. All details will be kept confidential.
