Bunbury has again begun to shine with the vibrant colours of Christmas light displays as the annual holiday approaches once more.
Dalyellup resident Mandy Kirk has already turned her display on and will encourage visitors to her Graphite Turn home to make a donation to the Cancer Council.
“I lost my mum to a long fight against cancer in July so I am doing this year’s display as a fundraiser,” she said.
“I will be collecting donations in front of my house each night and have created a fundraising page on the Cancer Council website to track the progress.”
Last year Ms Kirk partnered with a neighbour in Hornibrook Road to raise $16,000 for Princess Margaret Hospital.
Her neighbours have again done up their house in all its glory, making a night time trip to Dalyellup worthwhile.
Homes on Camfield Street in Eaton, Oliver Street in Bunbury, Fradelos Place in Usher and Bedingfield Way in Australind have also caught the Mail’s eye.
