A Collie man will face a District Court trial later this year accused of trespassing on Muja Power Station near Collie and stealing $30,000 of copper wiring.
Mark Geoffrey Sloan faced Bunbury Magistrates Court on Thursday accused of the trespass and theft at Muja on February 2.
Mr Sloan pleaded not guilty to the charges that included possession of a trailer police believe to be stolen.
Mr Sloan also pleaded not guilty to stealing copper cabling in Picton on December 20, 2016 and February 15, February 17 and February 29, 2017. He also denied committing the same crime in Kwinana Beach on December 28, 2016 and in Rockingham on January 4, 2017.
