At least one alleged victim of an accused child sex offender was in court on Monday to see a Bunbury man plead not guilty to six incest charges and two indecent dealing of a child under four charges.
At least one alleged victim of an accused child sex offender was in court on Monday to see a Bunbury man plead not guilty to six incest charges and two indecent dealing of a child under four charges.
The man, who cannot be named, is alleged to have indecently dealt with the child in Broome in the early 80s.
The incest offences are alleged to have happened over a decade in Broome, Perth and Bunbury, and are understod to involved the accused’s daughter.
Not guilty pleas were entered to all charges.
The man will next face District Court in Bunbury on September 27 for trial allocation.
He was remanded on bail.
