Those who scored a ticket to the open day will be able to enjoy access to the general admission areas, try out the seats and cup holders, while taking in the awesome views of the brand new playing surface.
Dozens of people at the open day have already flooded Twitter with their photos of the stadium and what it looks like inside.
Judging by the Twitter feed, everyone is very impressed, including Mr McGowan's daughter Amelia.
About 15,000 fans streamed into the venue for the first morning session of the open day.
Another seven more one-hour tours will take place into Sunday evening, with 110,000 people expected to attend across the entire day.
