A man has pleaded guilty to charges, including making threats to kill while in the presence of a child, in the Bunbury Magistrates Court.
Gareth Lewis Streeter was in court on Thursday, January 17 and pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated burglary and commit, one common assault in circumstances of aggravation, one criminal damage or destruction of property and one count of unlawful assault causing bodily harm in circumstances of aggravation.
The incidents occurred on December 5, 2017 in Bridgetown when Streeter threatened a woman with a knife while a child was present, as well damaging a Holden Barina.
Streeter’s lawyer asked the magistrate whether the case could be moved to Perth. He is due to appear on March 23.
In addition, Streeter’s common assault charge was kept in Bunbury court and he was granted bail.
