THE Black Dog Ride is coming to Nannup on Sunday, March 24, as part of the national one-day ride.
It involves motorcycle riders raising the awareness of depression and suicide prevention. Winston, the ride's mascot, will be putting in an appearance, hoping to break the record of "most black dogs on motorbikes".
One Life Nannup Community co-ordinator Cate Stevenson handed two Winstons into the care of staff and students at Nannup District High School.
The students will be taking part in activities around the theme of the Black Dog Ride in the weeks leading up to the event.
It culminates in a display of their artwork at the Nannup Town Hall on Sunday, March 24, as part of the Black Dog Ride's morning tea stop in Nannup. More information on the ride can be found at blackdogride.com.au.
