BUNBURY’S “worst kept secret” has come out with Bunbury model Courtney Eaton set to take on a role in a blockbuster movie.

The 16-year-old Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School student and her family have kept “tight-lipped” for months about her role as the fifth wife in the latest Hollywood addition to the Mad Max franchise, Fury Road.
Courtney will star along side Hollywood superstars Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron.
Proud dad Stephen Eaton told the Bunbury Mail it was an amazing experience for his daughter and he hoped he could hold on tight for the ride.
“Little did I believe that when I first watched Mad Max in my late teens that my daughter would have a significant role in a Mad Max movie, unbelievable,” Mr Eaton said.
“Actually it was quite funny as Courtney had not heard of Mad Max before and asked me what it was when she was first asked to cast for the role, I told her it as an iconic Australian movie.”
Courtney’s only experience in acting was a workshop by Miles and Brigette Pollard through her Perth-based modelling agency, Vivien’s.
She was flown back and forth between Sydney, meeting with the film’s director before she was confirmed for the role.
“Courtney and myself flew out for Namibia back in June where Courtney and the rest of the cast flew in to start rehearsals and costume fittings,” Mr Eaton said.
“It was a fantastic experience for us all, especially Courtney, she could not have asked for a better production to start her acting career.”
Bunbury’s Classique Model Management part-owner Tamara Herring said there was something special about Courtney when she started modelling at 11 years of age.
The movie is expected to be released next year.
