The march of veterans was followed by the Royal Australian Air Force fly over to start the service.
The event also featured hymns performed by the Bunbury City Band and the Bunbury Men of Song, a traditional Maori reading from Father Kuzie Tuhura and a speech from the special guest Naval Captain Darron Kavanagh.
The crowd fell silent to hear the playing of the last post and reveille, the New Zealand national anthem and Advanced Australia Fair.
