Troy Anderson got into the painting game because he thought he had an eye for colour - and 21 years later it looks like he might have been right on the money.
Mr Anderson's business, T & S Painting, now employs three other painters and has been providing quality painting services in Collie for the last six years.
Mr Anderson started out his career on a high, winning South West apprentice of the year twice, WA apprentice of the year once and was also nominated for the national prize.
"Most of our work is with private residential properties in Collie and surrounding areas but we also are able to take on commercial and light industrial projects," Mr Anderson said.
"Some of the more well-known projects we have worked on include the Vat2 restaurant in Bunbury when it opened about 10 years ago and the Dolphin Discovery Centre when it was last extended."
As well as their standard services, the company can offer any type of special effect painting, spray painting, decorative effects, as well as advice on colour coordination.
