MAJOR Crash Investigators are seeking information regarding a serious crash in Myalup on Monday.
At about 7.10am, a white Holden Commodore sedan collided with a blue Ford utility on the Forrest Highway, approximately 10km north of the Myalup turn off.
The 28 year old male driver of the Commodore received minor injuries but his 20 year old male passenger received serious injuries and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by the RAC Rescue helicopter.
The driver of the Ford was not injured.
Major Crash officers would like to speak with anyone who was traveling on the Forrest Highway this morning who may have seen the crash or either vehicle prior to the crash.
