A 24-HOUR food outlet has replaced the former roadhouse next to Shell Gateway on Australind Bypass, offering a range of “homestyle” meals.
Marina Panayaris is the new owner of The Real Homestyle Kitchen and is excited to bring her home cooked flavours to Bunbury diners.
“I am from South Australia, have 30 years of experience and own other food outlets on the east coast,” Ms Panayaris said.
“I absolutely love what I do and we have an emphasis of offering reasonably-priced homemade food.”
The restaurant will offer all-day breakfast, fresh made-to-order rolls and gourmet pies, just to name a few items on the menu.
Ms Panayaris has employed 15 staff members from the Bunbury region and the kitchen is run by chef Dale Dunbar.
The outlet also offers kebabs made on site which includes chicken, lamb and a speciality garlic sauce, she said.
“There is something for everyone to enjoy, from homemade muffins, scones and coffee to a large range of fresh made salads,” she said.
As one of the only 24-hour food outlets in Bunbury offering an extensive menu, Ms Panayaris said that she was prepared for a busy workload.
The Real Homestyle Kitchen will open 24 hours starting from this Monday and is currently open during the day.
