SOUTH West Tattoo owner Tim Howe is transforming a wall inside the newly-constructed sea container outside Mojos Restaurant.
Mr Howe said he was creating a mural which depicted a woman in an aquatic setting to suit the coastal city.
He will use aerosol spray cans and finish off the outline with paint pens.
Mr Howe said he loves the idea of sea container dining because it gave the city a unique edge and he hoped there would be more to come.
The mural should be complete by the end of Wednesday.
