Jay Hoad provided a high energy show presenting entertainment from his cockpit of instruments including his didgeridoo, dulcimer, cigar box guitar, wine box bass, harmonica and percussions.
A big crowd turned out to enjoy the entertainment with many ordering the steak sandwich which is now in the finals for ‘Best Steak Sandwich in the State’.
Tall Timbers is among five finalists from country Western Australia who will compete in a grand final cook-off at the Hospitality Expo in Perth on Tuesday 10 May.
Tall Timbers head chef Michael Hill will be competing against Cervantes Bar & Bistro, Cervantes, Endeavour Tavern, Lancelin, Matso’s Broome Brewery, Broome and Victoria Hotel, Toodyay. We wish them the best!
