Club President, Murray Uren presented Kym Latham with her medal and certificate for past and continued work around the club.
Ms Latham has been with the swimming club for many years, starting out as a parent on the sidelines.
She then was on the committee where she has previously been treasurer, and more recently becoming a coach, helping to improve our swimmers performance in all aspects of their sport.
Ms Latham has helped out at many swim meets, travelling to all parts of the state far and wide, being there to support and encourage the swimmers and parents alike.
Her experience is fully appreciated by all within the club and she is a well deserved recipient of the Life Member Medal.
Mr Uren thanked Ms Latham for all of her hard work and dedication to the Swimming Club in the past and congratulated her for her continued efforts to the improvement of our club.
