AS the coach of the Collie Eagles Junior Year 7 team I am having so many proud moments throughout the season.

Moments such as watching friendships being built, skill levels constantly rising and confidence growing in some of my more shy kids.
Winning games helps and my boys are currently undefeated and well-deservedly too, as they play well and train hard.
But no prouder have I been of my team than I was on Saturday, June 11.
While I coach this junior football team, I also play rugby union for the Collie Mongrels Rugby Team, and I was pleasantly surprised as I ran my team onto the Collie High School oval on Saturday afternoon, to find my boys had formed a guard of honour for me and my team to run through at the start of the game.
I have to say it brought a tear to my eye and I can't thank them enough for this.
Well done boys, you made me very happy.
