Major Crash officers have charged a 58-year-old Bunbury man as a result of their investigation into a crash in West Pinjarra on Wednesday, January 27, 2016.
It will be alleged around 9.45am, a Holden Commodore and a Ford Festiva collided on Forrest Highway near Greenlands Road.
A 31-year-old man who was a passenger in the Ford Festiva received serious injuries and was taken to the Peel Health Campus before being transferred to Royal Perth Hospital.
The drivers, a 58-year-old man and a 54-year-old woman received minor injuries and were taken to the Peel Health Campus.
The man has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and he is due to appear in the Bunbury Magistrates Court on June 27, 2016.
