A Dalyellup man, 54, has been charged over a sexual assault of an intellectually handicapped woman in Albany in 1993.
A 54-year-old man from Dalyellup will face Bunbury Magistrates Court on Thursday morning charged with sexual assault.
The State Crime Operations squad charged the man in relation to the sexual assault of a 44-year-old intellectually handicapped woman in Albany in 1993.
As a result of a review of the case by detectives attached to the squad, the man has been charged with one count of sexually penetrating an incapable person and one court of deprivation of liberty.
