About 10.55pm a Honda motorcycle was being ridden south on Forrest Highway.
Approximately 200 metres south of Marriott Road the motorcycle left the road and collided with a metal barrier.
Australind Police and Bunbury Police attended the scene and it was confirmed the rider, a 40-year-old man from Withers, was deceased.
