Is this a frack-free South West?
WA Labor leader Mark McGowan and Collie-Preston MLA Mick Murray will make a fracking announcement in Capel this morning at 9.30am outside the shire offices on Forrest Road.
In July, Mr Murray and South West MLC Sally Talbot launched a campaign to ban fracking in the South West with Mr Murray saying people in the South West had convinced him they do not want a gas industry.
