Hosting Dalyellup Beach, Colts won the toss and elected to bat. Openers Tim Hutchinson (22) and Jayden Goodwin (13) got things off to a good start before Murray Goodwin (86) notched his second half century in as many matches.
Contributions from Jordan Stynes (18) and Matthew Nash (12) at the other end saw Colts post 6/175.
In reply, Dalyellup were under pressure early with opener Ben Lagan falling for a duck.
A dominant knock by wicketkeeper Paul Jones (72) kept the Settlers in the game but they fell 23 runs short of the target, closing out their overs on 7/143.
Marist scored their first win of the season with a five wicket defeat of Leschenault.
The Green Caps elected to bat first but three early wickets to Alan Utterson and one to Matt Anderson saw Leschenault floundering at 4/36.
Matt Buchanan (36) and Kurt D’Agostino (57) built a valuable partnership before Buchanan took a swipe at a full toss and was bowled by Corey Fitt. A handful of runs from the tail saw Leschenault all out for 170.
Marist chase was put under similar early pressure when openers Chris Laker (15) and Sam Roots (4) went early.
Lee Sorfleet (72 not out) dug in but continued to lose partners up the other end. Eventually Anderson joined him and hung around long enough to post 42 not out including three boundaries and a six to get Marist home for the loss of five.
An excellent knock by Eaton captain Clint Hewson saw the Beavers also capture their first win of the new season. Up against the reigning premiers Hay Park, Eaton were up and about with the ball early, capturing two quick wickets.
Dave Taylor (48), Ashley Sbizzirri (78) and Michael Tassone (39 not out) got the runs flowing to see the Redbacks post 5/187.
Eaton’s openers Jame Hillery (25) and Don Seaman (33) got the chase off to a good start before Hewson blew the match apart, blasting 91 not out from 68 balls with eight boundaries and six sixes.
Matt Foreman had the best seat in the house and scored 29 runs of his own to help Eaton secure the target with plenty of time to spare and just three wickets down.
This Saturday, Hay Park will host Leschenault, Marist host Dalyellup Beach and Eaton host Colts.
