The South West Italian Club will transform into an antique collectors paradise with the South West Antique Collectors Club hosting their annual fair this weekend.
The club’s long-time president Yvonne Irwin said stall holders would be selling and purchasing items of interest from those who had a treasure to sell and light refreshments would be on sale.
Expecting a ripper of a crowd to attend, Ms Irwin said some items to snag include china, glassware, coins, military, linen, toys, jewellery, retro items and Men’s Shed goods.
“We are a non-profit organisation and money raised goes back into the community to support kids, sporting groups and we are now looking at other community groups to help out,” she said.
“Our club members enjoy our collecting and tripping around country side and putting together a fair so others can come along have a good time.”
The collectors fair will be held at the South West Italian Club this weekend, from 9am-4pm on both days.
Entry tickets will cost $3 with free appraisals of two items daily.
