Havaianas thongs the new #TheDress | What colour do you see?

At first it was ‘The Dress’ which had people arguing about whether it was white and gold, or blue and black. Others see a happy medium of blue and brown/beige.

This time, a photo from a Brazilian Twitter user is asking what colour the Havaianas thongs are. 

While some Twitter users are adamant they’re seeing a pair of blue and black thongs, others are certain they are white and gold.

So which is the right one?

Well, a quick search on Havaianas’ Brazilian site prove they could only be one thing.

(Drum roll please).

They’re black and blue – at least the pair in the store were, with the footwear label only selling that colour combination. 

However, they do sell a black/grey combination and a copper/black combination as well. 

But in a world of photoshop and filters, who knows what colour is depicted in the Twitter image.
