Rebekah Stewart will face the County Court later this year.
Stewart appeared briefly before the Ballarat Magistrates' Court on Thursday for committal hearing where it was indicated the matter had resolved and will proceed as a plea hearing at the Victorian County Court in March.
Stewart will face four charges, including one count each of dangerous driving causing serious injury, fail to stop, drive while disqualified and use unregistered vehicle.
Stewart will remain on trial bail until the matter returns to court on March 14.
