Wet weather was enough to change the venue of Bunbury’s Chinese New Year festival but it wasn’t enough to frighten away a big crowd keen to welcome the year of the rooster.
The Stirling Street Arts Centre played host to a number of activities including Chinese dancing, tai chi and kung fu demonstrations.
There were also art and origami classes, games of mah jong and lion dancers.
The evening finished with many of the guests enjoying meals from a number of authentic food stalls.
