The Donnybrook Football Club has aimed to keep its finals hopes in contention over the next few weeks.
The Dons kicked off the month with a victory against South Bunbury Tigers on Sunday, July 2.
Donnybrook trailed at quarter time before running out to a 4.5.29 to 3.5.23 lead at the main break.
The Dons scored two unanswered goals to be in front by 19 points at three quarter time.
They then kicked four goals to three in the last quarter to score a 10.15.75 to 6.11.47 win.
Donnybrook took on the Bunbury Bulldogs for the Peter Betti Memorial Cup on Sunday, July 16.
The Dons ran out to a 22 point lead at quarter time before Bunbury launched a comeback in the second.
Donnybrook held onto a 9.7.61 to 9.2.56 lead at three quarter time. Bunbury then scored five goals to four in the fourth quarter to take back the lead.
The Bulldogs went on to clinch a 14.5.89 to 13.7.85 victory.
Donnybrook and Eaton Boomers clinched a 5.3.33 to 4.9.33 scoreline in round 13 last weekend.
Coach Julian Burgess said he and the players would go week by week to give the team every opportunity to reach the finals.
The Dons sit eighth on the SWFL ladder after 13 rounds.
The team faces Busselton at VC Mitchell Park on Sunday, July 30 for round 14.
