Held in one of the most naturally beautiful parts of the world, this year the Nannup Flower and Garden Festival looks towards the future to ‘Save the Planet One Bee at a Time’.
Running from August 17 – 20, the four-day garden festival will take inspiration from the South West pristine landscape to spread the message to look after the planet, and enjoy our gardens as ‘living sanctuaries’.
Nannup Flower and Garden Festival Chairperson Mark White is proud to lead his team of passionate volunteers and community groups who are looking towards the future to leave planet earth in a healthy condition so that future generation can enjoy the outdoors and gardens as much as they do.
Showcasing how gardens can be living sanctuaries, the Nannup Flower and Garden Festival will host demonstrations on how to generate bio-fuel from plant waste and provide expert advice on how gardens can look beautiful and be productive at the same time.
Nurseryman and TV presenter Steve Wood will show us why healthy soil means healthy food, and how to grow the most delicious nutrient rich produce in our own backyard.
