The junior hockey season is drawing to a close with a number of Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School players impressing and claiming awards in the finals series.
In the year five and six girl’s grand final Boyanup and Grammar Blue tied for the premiership while Grammar Gold defeated Grammar Blue in the year five and six boy’s final.
The year seven and eight Grammar Gold girls defeated Grammar Blue in the final while Marist and Grammar Blue tied for the title in the year seven and eight grand final.
Grammar also won eight of the 13 association awards.
Ella Frost was year five and six girl’s fairest-and-best while Eleanor Hawking was the runner up.
Jonah Lincoln was year five and six boy’s fairest-and-best while Charlie Johnston was the runner up.
In the girl’s year seven and eight competition Mikayla Blackham was named best-and-fairest while Sari Wootton was the runner up. In the boy’s competition, Charlie Johnston was fairest-and-best while Fletcher Wetherell was the runner up.
Zali Spencer finished as the runner up in the years nine to 12 fairest-and-best prize.
