Bunbury Police have charged a 33-year-old man of no fixed address after two assault incidents in Bunbury on Saturday, September 9 and Monday, September 11.
The first incident occurred at 7.30am on Casuarina Drive, Bunbury.
It will be alleged the man approached the first victim who was fishing behind Bunbury Port and assaulted him, causing the victim to fall into the sea.
Furthermore it will be alleged on Monday, the man approached a second victim who was on a bicycle and assaulted him, causing him to fall from his bike.
The man has been charged with one count of committing an unlawful act with intent to harm and one assault occasioning bodily harm.
The man is due to appear in Bunbury Magistrates Court on Monday, October 9.
