More than 100 senior citizens packed into Margaretta Wilson Centre on Wednesday, November 22 to enjoy a meal and some live music.
Shire of Collie councillors and staff were on hand to serve food and drinks and acknowledge the importance of Collie’s senior citizens.
Shire president Sarah Stanley said in a speech at the luncheon that Collie strives to be seen as a destination for the aged community.
The senior citizens were treated to a three course meal of soup, sandwiches and desert, along with a range of beverages.
