Ahoy matey! In June 2015 the kindy class from Wilson Primary School held their Pirate for a Day dress up day.
The national fundraising day aims at raising awareness for research into the cure and prevention of childhood brain tumours.
Meanwhile the pre-primary class at Allanson Primary School got arty with the help of their teacher Mrs Hayley Digney.
The children worked on an art project which involved them pasting enlarged digital images of themselves to display around the school.
That month also saw the Collie Cycle club unveil their new uniforms to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Collie Donnybrook and Return Cycling Classic.
