The Department of Fire and Emergency Services has asked residents in the South West to take action and stay safe with severe weather to come.
Locations which may be affected by the wet weather include Margaret River, Manjimup, Collie and Bunbury.
DFES are saying the unusual weather that could cause damage to homes and make travel dangerous.
The Bureau of Meteorology advised a low pressure system lies off the coast to the southwest of Jurien Bay and will move south off the coast to the west of Bunbury by Tuesday evening.
The low pressure system is expected to bring heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding over the far southern Lower West district, western Great Southern, western South Coastal and the South West district.
Widespread daily totals of 50 to 80 millimetres are expected across the warning area, with isolated heavier totals in excess of 120 millimetres possible.
Conditions will ease from the north over the warning area during the day, with heavy rainfall easing throughout during the afternoon.
Flood warnings and watches have been issued for parts of the Lower West.

Some roads may be closed.
Take extra care on the roads and do not drive into water of unknown depth and current.

LIVESTOCK:
The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development advises:
Livestock owners with stock in low-lying areas that may be subject to flooding should act early to move stock to higher ground. This includes moving stock out of paddocks on river frontage where stock could get trapped on islands as river heights rise.
Sheep owners may also choose to move sheep to paddocks that offer protection from cold winds.
Plan to move water supply pump motors for domestic, stock or irrigation early to prevent damage from rising waters.
Livestock owners should monitor the BOM, Emergency WA and DPIRD cyclone/flood websites for regular updates and act early to prevent farm losses.
