Collie Police are investigating a string of diesel fuel thefts around town in the last week.

Acting Senior Sergeant Terry Townsend said both the Worsley Alumina refinery and Bluewaters Power Station had been targetted multiple times each over the last week.
Senior Sergeant Townsend said fences and padlocks had been cut through at both places and diesel fuel had been syphoned from machinery. Some valuable tools were also stolen during one of the thefts at Bluewaters Power Station.
Senior Sergeant Townsend said police were still looking into the thefts.
Police have charged a 34-year-old man and a 31-year-old-man, both from Collie, after they allegedly stole a motorbike and a chainsaw from a property on Yokain Road on June 7.
Senior Sergeant Townsend said the two offenders had allegedly cut through a fence and broken into a container on the property.
Both men were charged with possession of stolen property along with other drug-related charges. They will appear in court later this month.
Police have also charged a female juvenile with burglary offences after she allegedly broke into a house on Benwell Place to steal a packet of cigarettes.
Senior Sergeant Townsend said the girl had allegedly smashed the back window of the house on June 11 to gain entry and that she was known to the occupant. She will appear in court later this month.
Police are investigating after a car left on Patstone Road was stolen over the weekend.
Senior Sergeant Townsend said the owner of the white Mazda ute – with the licence plate 1CUG087 – had hit a tree on the morning of June 9 and left the car at the scene of the accident.
He said when the owner returned to pick up the car the next day, it was no longer there.
Police are also investigating two other burglaries that occurred early last week.
Overnight on June 5, a sum of cash was stolen during a break in at View Street Fish N Chips.
Senior Sergeant Townsend said the door to the shop had been jimmied open, causing a ‘considerable’ amount of damage.
Police are also looking for a green Kawasaki 450 motorbike – with the licence plate 1HQ035 – that was stolen from a house on Patterson Street overnight on June 6.
Senior Sergeant Townsend said police were also looking for information about a mobile phone that was stolen from a desk in the x-ray department of the Collie Hospital around midday on June 11.
