The City of Bunbury has listened to the community's concerns and has launched several new initiatives in time for Summer.
The city has created a new team, the Information Technology Advisory Group, tasked with helping to bring in technological advancements.
Ontop of implementing its new group, the city has also begun rolling out free wifi across the CBD.
Free wifi will soon be installed in Anzac Park, the Graham Bricknell Music Shell, and the precinct outside the Bunbury Museum and Heritage Centre.
City of Bunbury information, communication, and technology manager Martin Roberts said the city was working to increase interaction with the public.
“Everything we’ll do into the future will have a digital component,” he said.
“It’s empowering our community to become more digital savvy and it’s also empowering local businesses.
“The sky’s the limit.”
It will inspire more ways the City of Bunbury can help to interact with the community.

Mr Roberts also revealed the city’s website would receive updates and changes “in the near future”.
He added the Bunbury Library would help people of varying age demographics to use advancements implemented by the city.
The city’s free wifi and digital signage initiatives will be rolled out over the next six months.
“It will inspire more ways the City of Bunbury can help to interact with the community,” City of Bunbury Mayor Gary Brennan said.
City of Bunbury works and services director Gavin Harris told the Mail the city has begun “necessary” maintenance duties in the CBD.
City officers will be looking into revitalising footpaths, roundabouts, median strips, and planter boxes, with the plan set to give the area a “facelift”.
Changes have already been made to multiple roundabouts along Victoria Street.
A new civil operations crew has been assigned to maintain areas in the CBD over the next few months, working on Victoria Street as well as side streets and lane ways.
“We have listened to some of the comments from around the community and there is now a dedicated team that can put focus on the CBD,” he said.
“We’ll try to concentrate on the busiest areas first then expand out from there.
“The first program will be implemented over the next month or so, then we’ll continue on.
“Our staff will be stationed in the area doing work on an ongoing basis from this point forward.”
