Odine’s Martial Arts Centre muay thai fighter Jamie Crane is sticking to a no-nonsense diet of training and discipline ahead of his next bout.
The 25-year-old will join other warriors from around Australia and the world for Domination 21, held on October 27 at Serpentine Jarrahdale Recreation Centre in Byford.
The 18-bout event will see Crane put the fight to Perth’s Misagh Norouzi in their cartweight (75 kilogram) showdown.
Balancing shift work at Worsley with training, Crane is physically and mentally preparing himself for the fight.

He said he was excited to fight once again and stoked to be on the main card for the competition.
“It’s hopefully going to be a war,” he said.
“The guy I am fighting is pretty strong and is known for being aggressive, so hopefully we will put on a good fight.
“I plan to listen to my trainer, take all of my training into account, and work hard.”
Crane delighted OMAC representatives and muay thai fans during Respect Fight Night 6 in Bunbury last May.
Despite going down to Mitchell Walker in their super middleweight showdown, Crane said the fight was essential in preparing him for Domination 21.

The fighter has been practising muay thai for the past decade, and met trainer Jason Lea several years into his training.
Crane followed Lea to OMAC two years ago, with the pair working together continuously ever since.
“It’s a sport that requires a lot of discipline and focus, it’s probably the best martial art there is to learn,” he said.
“The people at Odine’s are great – Jason as a trainer is very accommodating and Gary Odine runs a good gym.”
