A 28-year-old man at the centre of an argument in the Bunbury Farmers Market car park earlier this year has been fined $400.
The man represented himself, and faced Magistrate Leanne Atkins, in Bunbury Magistrates Court on Thursday, October 18, pleading guilty to one charge of possessing an article with an intent to cause fear.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Barry Phelps told the court the 28-year-old was involved in a feud with another person in the Bunbury Farmers Market car park on January 7.

Police were called to the scene at 4.18pm, and conducted a search of the 28-year-old’s vehicle.
Officers uncovered a short aluminium baseball bat inside his car.
He informed Ms Atkinson he had struggled to find work as an electrician and had been residing with his parents.
“Get out and find yourself a job,” Ms Atkinson said.
Considering the 28-year-old’s current situation, Ms Atkinson granted him a spent conviction.
