Ladies from all over the South West can now hit the green, grab a club, and work on their swing in a new way.
Sanctuary Golf Resort is introducing a new concept to the region.
Ladies beginner golf clinics will commence on Tuesday, January 22 and will offer women the chance to get to know their way around a golf club.
The sessions will be led by Sanctuary Golf Resort’s resident PGA professional, Craig Reynolds.
The first lesson is free and only $20 per session thereafter.
Sanctuary Golf Resort marketing coordinator Alicia Hitchcock said women with little to no experience can learn all about golf in a fun, social environment.
“Golf is seen as a male-dominated sport so women can feel nervous even setting foot on a golf course,” she said.
“These beginners’ clinics give ladies the opportunity to learn about golf but also have a few laughs and make new friends as well.”
