The village – a resort-style area for over 55s – will host an open day on Saturday, March 2 from 10am to 1pm.
Community members will be able to tour the villas and facilities, and talk to staff members and residents.
“People can have a look around and see what a lovely village it is,” Amana Living Treendale Village manager Jo Sangster said.
“We’ve got some beautiful homes available for people, they are very big and spacious.”
“We are close to all the amenities – Treendale Shopping Centre, the doctor’s office, a pharmacy etc.
“They are all just a short stroll away.”
Current residents will be on-hand to welcome all attendees with open arms.
“It’s secure. We have got lock-up-and-leave caravan storage and the houses are great, as well. We all look out for each other,” Village resident Faye Bertenshaw said.
“The shopping centre is lovely and close.
“There are lots of activities, we have activities every day.”
The village features a $4 million community centre (called ‘The Club’), a lawn bowling green, a theatre, a spa, and a gym.
The Stage Four homes are selling now, and all feature three bedrooms, one/two bathrooms, double lock-up garages, storage areas, and boat/caravan parking.
To attend the open day, RSVP via 0417 061 573 or jsangster@amanaliving.com.au before Saturday, February 23.
