Held on Sunday, April 7, this year's event will see runners take part in the 50-kilometre ultra-marathon, marathon, half-marathon, 10km run, 5km run, 2.1km schools challenge, and Corporate Cup categories.
The day will also include family-friendly activities and coffee vans.
Competitors will be entered into the draw to win a $2000 prize from Australind Travel.
HBF Three Waters Marathon race director Callum Piccoli said it was significant to Bunbury and the club's events calendars.
"We always try to make it a big community event and provide something for everyone," he said.
"We're trying to get as many people and organisations involved in the event as possible.
"We are all about providing a healthy lifestyle through running."
The event is proudly sponsored by HBF and Work Clobber.
