Slammers' imports Makailah Dyer and Brittni Montgomery were unstoppable against the Perry Lakes Hawks on Saturday night.
Montgomery collected a double-double (22 points, 10 rebounds) while Dyer (21 points) sunk five field goals and nine free-throws.
Assisted by Natalie Burton (14) and Jamie Cherry (12), Perry Lakes led by four at quarter time.
The Slammers looked to be in trouble, after the Hawks claimed a five-point lead at the main break.
Hawk Sarah Donovan (11 points, seven rebounds) conjured up a spell in the third term, before the visitors took the lead.
Stars Bianca Donovan (10), Courtney Bayliss (9), and Ebony Bilcich (8) helped the Slammers to secure a 79 to 66 win.
The Slammers' men suffered a tough 99 to 85 defeat to Perry Lakes in Round 13.
With captain Ben Purser and Shawn Redhage (15) leading the charge, the Hawks earned a 13-point buffer at half time.
In his 200th game, Slammers' captain Michael Lay landed 26 points. Teammates Terrell Carter (also 26) and Tyler Livingston (15) were always in the right place at the right time.
The Hawks were devastating throughout all four quarters, with six of its players reaching double figures.
The Slammers will clash with the Mandurah Magic in Eaton this Friday night.
