This weekend, the ECU Souwest Jets take on the Curtin Hamersley Comets for their second home game at the Eaton Recreation Centre.
Jets president, and Picton Primary School deputy principal, Sarah Leitch will be suiting up to play for the Jets League side.
Her quick ball movements and experience will be vital in maintaining a strong attacking focus to combat against the Comets.
The Jets have played the Comets once before in the preseason competition, winning both the League and Under 20s division quite comfortably through amazing defensive pressure and slick ball movement down court into the shooters.
The last home game was a huge success despite the unfortunate results, with a massive turn out and a great response from all who attended.
The Jets would love to see as many supporters as possible on Sunday.
The first centre pass for the U20s division is at 12.15pm, and the League game will commence at 2pm.
Free entry for children U16, with lots of fun, games and prizes to be won throughout the afternoon.
The Jets will be holding 'Jet-Set-Go' Clinics for our upcoming superstars this school holidays.
The clinics will be held on the July 11 and 12 at the Eaton Recreation Centre and on July 19 in Manjimup and Bridgetown.
Junior athletes will be able to learn from the best coaches and athletes in the South-West as well as meet their heroes with autographs and pictures.
