Reigning National Basketball League (NBL) champions the Perth Wildcats will take on Adelaide in a pre-season clash in Bunbury next month.
Fresh off the back of a grand final victory, the perennial powerhouse will host the 36ers at the South West Sports Centre as the second game of a three-game pre-season series in WA.
The event will potentially give the South West region's basketball fans the chance to catch stars like Perth's Bryce Cotton, Damian Martin and Terico White, along with Adelaide's Brendan Teys and Eric Griffin.
The pre-season match could also provide Wildcats fans with their first glimpse at newly-recruited big men Dario Hunt and Majok Majok.
Perth capped off a memorable year with an NBL-record ninth championship last season, and will be eager to make it back-to-back titles after retaining the services of star imports Cotton and White.
The clash in Bunbury will be held on Friday, September 6, tipping off at 6.30pm.
