South West Strikers claim 8-0 win over Rockingham in Round 18

The South West Strikers returned to the winner's circle with an 8-0 win over bottom-placed Rockingham in Busselton.

Following Saturday's result, the Strikers moved up to fifth on the Promotion One - Women's ladder with four wins, seven losses, and four draws.

The side will go up against second-placed Southern River at High Velocity Ducting Stadium in Round 19.

Round 17 of the South West Hockey League - Women's competition saw Towns/South destroy Capel 8-2 in Bunbury.

Associates edged out Robins 1-0, before league leaders Boyanup breezed past Exies 8-2.

In Round 13 of the SWHL - Men's division, Marist picked up a 3-1 win over Associates.

Boyanup retained top spot with a convincing 3-0 win over Exies.

With just a few rounds remaining, teams will be looking to impress this weekend.
