The Chad international netted his first nine minutes later to begin his scoring spree and completed his treble with the addition of goals in the 84th and 89th minutes.
Angers sit second, three points behind PSG and ahead of third-placed Nice on goal difference.
In the day's other match, Rennes were held to the same scoreline by Lille at Roazhon Park.
