An Adelaide man plans to go on some 'unforgettable holidays' thanks to a $5 million Oz Lotto win.
An Adelaide retiree has won $5 million in the latest Oz Lotto draw.
The unnamed man held the only division one winning entry across the country after Tuesday night's draw.
Contacted by a SA Lotteries official on Wednesday, he was oblivious to his life-changing windfall.
"I've been playing for a very long time, so I'm thrilled this day has finally arrived," he said.
"I never thought I'd become a multi-millionaire but I suppose I am now."
The lucky ticket was purchased at a northern suburbs newsagent with the winner planning to share the prize with his children as well as taking off on some "unforgettable holidays".
