Some of Bunbury's best photographers recently lent a hand to assist those impacted by the devastating bushfire crisis.

Two 'Bushfire Fundraiser Mini-sessions' events were held in Picton and Cowaramup on January 12, from 5pm to 7pm.

The photographers conducted a series of 15-minute sessions - producing five edited photos for each client.

Local couples and families were more than happy to take part and donate to the cause.

Bunbury photographer Emma MacAulay thanked all the photographers and clients involved for their support.

"It provided a great opportunity for people to get some nice photos at a good rate," she said.

In just two hours, the campaign raised more than $7,200.

All proceeds were donated to the County Fire Authority Victoria's Bushfire Disaster Relief Fund.
