* Victoria has reported two coronavirus deaths, taking the state toll to 819 and the national figure to 907
* Both deaths, a man in his 70s and man in his 80s, occurred some weeks ago and were linked to residential aged care
* Two new cases, breaking two days of no fresh infections
* Both are close contacts of previous cases linked to the northern metropolitan region community outbreak and were in quarantine when they tested positive
* One case, a false positive, was reclassified
* The 14-day rolling case average is 2.7 for Melbourne, down from 2.8, and it has dropped to zero for regional Victoria from 0.2
* Three mystery cases in Melbourne for the fortnight to Sunday, down from six, remaining zero for regional Victoria

FINES
* 10 fines handed out for breaching the chief health officer's directions across the state, including four for not wearing face masks and one from vehicle checkpoints
RESTRICTIONS
* Major easing of Melbourne restrictions as of midnight Tuesday, with all retail able to reopen. The same applies to cafes, restaurants and pubs, with restrictions on numbers
* Melburnians limited to travel within 25km of home, but no longer any restrictions on reasons for travel
* Strict rules around household visits - one visit per day by two adults and any dependents to another home. Either home cannot make or receive any other visits on that day
* Outdoor gatherings capped at 10 people, but can include people from up to 10 households
* Face masks must still be worn at all times when outside the home
* Several other restrictions also eased from midnight Tuesday
