Thirteen South West athletes have come home with medals after competing in the WA All School State Championships.
The athletes represented their schools including Bunbury Senior High School, Newton Moore and Bunbury Cathedral Grammar.
Competing in 31 events, the athletes came home with 17 medals collectively.
Under 18 athlete Brock Kenny said this year's event meant alot as he had to work hard to recover from a knee reconstruction.
Erin Lever also went to the event to officiate, which is a great achievement.
The medalists have qualified for the National All Schools championships which were initially cancelled due to Covid.
There is a chance the national event will take place in Hobart in December, but Bunbury Little Athletics events coordinator Nicole Kenny said it was a wait and see situation.
Kenny said it was their most successful group of youth to take part in the State All Schools Championships and they should all be really proud of themselves.
