While in the outback, a tech lover could document their trip with a DJI Mavic Pro drone for "breathtaking aerial photography".

For the bloggers, vloggers and content makers, eBay recommends the Sony ZV-1 camera which is designed for beginners and is a favourite among creators.

The Anker Soundcore Mini Bluetooth speaker is recommended as an easy gift for tech-loving party animals.

Or try and snag the highly sought-after massage gun, the Therbody Theragun.

Pokémon cards are on a 27-year hot streak and continue to be favourite Christmas stocking fillers.

"The Pokémon 151 collection is the top pick this Christmas for kids and big kids alike," eBay's toy expert said.

Builder Lego was one of eBay Australia's most searched toys this year and a recommended present for the whole family to enjoy.

Colouring-in books, crayons and paints were staple gifts for budding artists, the toy specialist said.

"You can branch out with jewellery-making kits or kid-friendly pottery sets to inspire their creativity."

Encourage nature lovers with gardening kits, magnifying glasses for spying insects and binoculars for bird-watching.

The Disney Mickey and Minnie Panorama 1000 piece or the Lego Art Hokusai are ideal gifts for kids who love to ponder over puzzles.
